We are looking for a NOC Operation Manager with following job
description (Long Term Job)
· Provide quality control, vision, and audits to the network
operation center (including Network Infrastructure, service desk, OSS,
ITIL Process, disaster recovery and business continuity)
· Responsible for the performance for NOC vendor, ensuring that
they align and meet the business objectives and goals.
· Hold regular departmental meetings with customers and vendors
· Responsible for measuring the SLA, KPIs, OLA, and OPIs
· Responsible for create, modify and audit all network operation
documents including ITIL documents.
· Monitor how effective the NOC is in providing excellent
customer service by talking to customers on a routine basis and
conducting customer surveys
· Effectively communicates Business, PMO, and Solution Delivery
to ensure durability of alignment technical delivery with business
objectives to maximizes productivity
· Responsible for professional support to NOC IT infrastructure
built up by the company
Salary better than market standards (minimum 10K USD as cash salary,
or more based on qualifications and experience)
Qualifications required
Minimum : B.Tech in Communication Engg/computer Science/IT (M.Tech
more preferrable)
CCIE-SP or atleast CCNP
ITIL-3 rd level certified, PMP an added advantage
10 years experience after graudation
