PHP Developer

Involved in Front End development of cutting edge web solutions utilising PHP, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript

Liaise internally with designers, developers and account managers to ensure the best solution possible is built for the client

To keep up to date with the latest technological concepts and advancements

Build Web Applications / E-Commerce solutions using PHP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XML-RPC, AJAX, web 2.0 API's etc.

Play an active role in suggesting product development and the identification of possible new client solutions

Use your Front End Development skills to build engaging interfaces (AS/Flash a bonus)

To create clean, compliant code whilst ensuring a great user experience

Proficient in PHP

Dot NET

Experience on . NET 2.0/ 3.0 with C# Primary skill Technology

ASP.NET 2/3 2. SQL Server Soft skills

Knowledge of different stages of SDLC and their execution

Optional 1. SharePoint 2. JavaScript 3. XML Experience with international client in Website based projects will be proffered

Person from CMMi 3 or above company will be preferred

Web Developer

Manage a full mix of projects including web builds, microsites, banners and email production

Creating specs for client solutions

Designing web pages and translating static designs into web formats

Developing the site architecture for websites and Online magazines

Creating Online communities and newsfeeds

Creating web analytics reports

Finding creative solutions for managing large volumes of content and imagery Online

Communicating technical specifications and deadlines to clients, designers and back end development teams

Ensuring Online projects are delivered on time

Working with the account managers to generate ideas for clients

Preparing Online proposals and supporting client pitches with face-to-face meetings

Detailed understanding of and experience in website development, web content production, HTML emails, banners, microsites and CMS platforms

Web development using (X) HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Knowledge of accessibility, W3C web standards and browser compliancy

Web analytics

Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies

Project Manager

Involved from initial project conception, generating ideas, scoping requirements and putting together specifications

Responsible to produce work plans and timelines and want to work directly with clients and be great at understanding and interpreting project objectives

This hybrid role encompasses project management, web producer duties and would be highly client facing actually

Responsible for communicating back to the creative and technical teams and have a keen eye for ensuring the project stays on track

Strong project management skills (timings, costs, resource planning and communication) with first rate communication skills

Should be able to work and manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines

Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies and an understanding of how Flash and HTML websites work

A real passion for digital media and an understanding of W3C standards is key

Should be familiar with MS Project with the ability to create meaningful Gantt charts and cost analysis summaries

An awareness Information architecture, Usability and accessibility and Web technologies are essential
