Position : HVAC Project Sales Engineer

Location : Bahrain

Qualification : Degree in Mechanical Engineering

 

Experience:

3 To 8 Years in HVAC Projects (at least two years of independently handling medium large sized projects)

 

Job Description:

Independently handle all technical & commercial activities related to execution of medium sized projects.

 

Desired Profile:

 

ü Should have a strong technical base and must be fully conversant with Psychrometry, heat load calculations, HVAC system design, equipment selection, air distribution & ducting design, piping design, HVAC standards, codes & specifications, preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, work schedule, material ordering, invoicing.

ü Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) & should be able to independently deal with clients & consultants.

ü Should be computer literate with basic knowledge of MS word, excel, powerpoint. Autocad would be an added advantage.

ü Should be a team player with ability to plan & execute all project execution activities.

ü Knowledge of BMS, plumbing, fire fighting would be an added advantage.

ü GCC driving license holder preferred.

Position : HVAC Service Engineer

Location : Bahrain

Qualification : Degree in Mechanical Engineering

 

Experience

3 To 6 Years in HVAC Service in a reputed organization. Should be experienced in manpower / material planning, scheduling & execution activities for HVAC installation, maintenance service, annual maintenance contracts.

 

Job Description:

Head a team of supervisors & technicians

For HVAC equipment installation & service.

commercial activities related to service department.

 

Desired Profile:

 

ü Should have a strong technical background and must be conversant with basic HVAC system design, types of HVAC systems, trouble shooting, manpower and material planning, work scheduling, etc.

ü Should have strong personality, leadership qualities, good communication skills (verbal & written)

ü Should have basic knowledge and capability to oversee commercial activities of the service department.

ü Should be computer literate with basic knowledge of MS word, excel, powerpoint.

ü Should be a team player.

ü Knowledge of BMS, plumbing, fire fighting would be an added advantage.

ü GCC driving license holder preferred.

Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

 

Experience:

2 To 4 Years in HVAC Projects (at least two years of independently handling site activities for small & medium sized projects)

 

Job Description:

Independently handle all site activities including technical co ordination, scheduling, effective manpower & material utilization, related to execution of HVAC projects.

 

Desired Profile:

 

ü Should have basic technical knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting & piping, conversant with HVAC terminology and must be able to read & understand HVAC specifications. Should have ability to plan & schedule manpower & material requirements & ensure effective utilization. Should possess excellent interpersonal skills & be able to interact with clients & consultants.

ü Should be computer literate with basic knowledge of MS word, excel. Autocad would be an added advantage.

ü Should be a team player with ability to plan & execute all project execution activities.

ü Knowledge of BMS, plumbing, fire fighting would be an added advantage.

ü GCC driving license essential.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

 

Job Profile:

Ø Minimum Experience …………………4yr

Ø GCC drive license Valid …………… Optional

Ø Diploma /ITI in the field of AC & Refrigeration

Ø Physically Fit ( 65 kg above)

Ø Valid passport with ECNR stamped

Ø Age …….( 25-32yr)

Ø GCC drive license Valid …………… Mandatory

Ø Diploma or Engineer in the field of AC & Refrigeration

Ø Age …….( 32 -38 Yr's)

Ø Experience in managing at least 20 people above.

Ø Good Communication… Verbal/Writing

Ø Handled various project in the field of HVAC

Ø Technical knowledge should be strong

Ø Computer literate with knowledge on MS office/ERP
