3 square interior design is an established design and build consultancy that provides property fit-out and refurbishment solutions for professionals, owners and occupiers throughout the UAE. Due to sustained growth they have created an additional position in their design team. This is a business that provides ongoing support and development for successful individuals.
The role and responsibilities require the following:
1. completing concept space layout plans;
2. preparing architectural and/or MEP drawings for statutory approvals;
3. preparing detailed drawings for furniture, joinery, etc;
4. undertake takeoff measurements from CAD for BOQ input;
6. undertake accurate site surveys including necessary measurements;
7. experience with Revit and 3D programs well considered;
8. support design team assisting with sample boards and presentations/pitches;
9. support design team with creativity input for concept design.
