An excellent opportunity for a Comp & Bens Analyst has arisen for our Doha based Governmental entity to provide professional staff management expertise, advise and provide recommendations to managers in regards to Job Evaluation, Salary Grading and establishing Job Family standards.


 

You will be experienced in:

Develop and implement Compensation Initiatives & Strategies

Benefits Plans

Analyses Compensation programs relevant to laws concerning minimum wages and overtime.

Salary Surveys.

Job Evaluation.

Salary Grading.


 

Minimum requirements of 15 to 20 years postgraduate experience in Human Resources with a minimum 7 years in Compensation & Benefits is essential.


 

Fluent in English & Arabic and should be GCC / Arab National / Arabic Speaking, Ideally you will have experience of working in a Government Organisation.


 

Total Package is QR45K - QR55K.
