Vacancy for Budget Controller-Riyadh KSA-Indian Nationals only

We put this below add through this group earlier, and we got 8 CVs from KSA.  4 have been  called for interview.  3 Failed and one succeeded (Pakistani national).  He is unable to get transfer of iqama.  And we do not have visas for Pakistan.

Awal IT Services (The IT and Telecom Infrastructure arm of STC which manage currently 600 M annual turnover-mostly government related infrstructure and managed services project) looking for  smart budget controller (preferably Indian) with very high expertise  and skill in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint Presentations.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in assisting the Budget & Planning Manager/Finance Controller/CFO in budget preparation and aligning with the budget process and ensure their compliance to the Awal IT systems, structures and standards.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Provide assistance by communicating effectively the approved and agreed budgets with all concerned Department.
2.Controlling and approving the operation expenses documents in daily basis and aligning with the Budget control procedures.
3.Responsible in using an accounting system that will record all actual costs after the approval of the documents.
4.Preparing financial statements that will compare actual costs with budgets, showing variances, disclosing the reasons for them, and taking any appropriate action based on the analysis of the variances reports.
5.Responsible in making the variance analysis report summary regularly.
6.Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to department personnel to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
7.Communicate and discuss the department’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood.
8.Ensure proper and smooth co-ordination with other Departments.
9.Work closely with business managers to maintain a focus on current and future financial needs in order to satisfy business growth.
10.Assist with external/Internal audits and act as liaison with external/Internal auditors.
11.Ensure the safety in the working area.
12.Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Skills
1.Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems(Oracle)
 Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
2.Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with teams of different nationalities to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
3.This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of university Degree in Finance or Accounting, five to seven years of experience in senior-accountant or supervisory level finance or accounting position.
