Job Description
1. The position is as On site Field Engineer providing support and HW maintenance services to our customers in Abu Dhabi.
2.The ITSE will be responsible for support the installation if required, but
mainly Preventive Maintenance, Trouble shooting and maintaining Networking
equipment on customer site.
Responsibilities
1.Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
2.Provide effective and fast repair of ALL machines handling effectively the
escalation to manufacturer for support when required
3.Be available for out of hours operation and standby when necessary
4.Keep up to date on all product changes and perform self study when applicable
Perform preventive maintenance and provide feedbacks to the customers
Candidate Profile:
The candidates must be
1. Experienced/trained in the maintenance of the above equipment (5years or more of experience)
2. Full understanding of Networking Environments
3. A good communicator and team player
4. Willing to work long hours when needed
