Help Desk/Applications Specialist - MRAP-JLI

As a Help Desk/Applications Specialist, the successful candidate
provides overall support for a broad range of systems and programs
Primarily responsibilities will include localization and integration
of software with existing systems.
Debug systems/applications, evaluate and identify new technologies for
implementation.
Performance tuning, usability, automation and improvement of
applications.
MUST possess expertise in Excel and be able to design/maintain complex
forms
Expertise in Infopath and Center/ SharePoint.
Support, maintain and document software functionality.
Expertise in scripts and database (SQL and Access) knowledge a plus.
Liaison experience and effective communication is required.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Software analysis, code analysis, initial requirements, requirements
analysis, software review, system risk analysis.
Expertise in visual basic (VB), Perl experience desired.
Software reliability and maintain standards ISO compliance.
Excellent customer skills and ability to work with a variety customers
plus.
Full lifecycle experience beneficial.
Education: BS or equivalent and 6 yrs of additional experiece.

work visa include but are not limited to obtaining and providing an
authenticated police background check verifying NO prior criminal
history.
