Project Manager (Pipeline) [ HCPI-2011-01-PMPE ] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 15-20 yrs of relevant experience with exposure to major Indian / International project Consultants is essential. Experience in Gulf region for 8-10 yrs and minimum 2 Projects handled in GCC in similar position.

2. Project Manager (Process Plant) [ HCPI-2011-01-PMPT ] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 15-20 yrs of relevant experience with exposure to major Indian /International project Consultants is essential. 4. Construction Manager (Mechanical) [ HCPI-2011-01-CMML] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 15-20 yrs experience is essential. Experience in Gulf region for 4-8 yrs and minimum 2 Projects handled in GCC in similar position. Knowledge of project management tools like PRIMAVERA, MS Projects is desired.

5. Construction Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) [ HCPI-2011-01- CMEI ] : Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering with 12-15 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 15-20 yrs experience is essential. Experience in Gulf region for 4-8 yrs and minimum 2 Projects handled in GCC in similar position. Knowledge of project management tools like PRIMAVERA, MS Projects is desired.

Responsible for risk assessment, plan risk mitigation mechanism, seek commercial clarifications, participate in negotiations with client, review and monitor contractual provisions in conformity with Contract Documents and ensure compliance during project execution, review of progress reports, ensure resolution of disputes on contractual issues. Experience in Gulf region for 8-10 yrs essential.

17. Cost Control Manager (Pipeline & Plant) [ HCPI-2011-01-CCMPP ] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 15-20 yrs of relevant experience in cost control, planning, monitoring projects cost and work progress, budgeting is essential. Knowledge of project management tools likes PRIMAVERA, MS Projects is essential.

18. Cost Control Engineer (Pipeline & Plant) [ HCPI-2011-01-CCEPP ] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-10 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 8-15 yrs of relevant experience in cost control, planning, monitoring projects cost and work progress, budgeting is essential. 21. Procurement & Sub-Contract Manager [ HCPI-2011-01-PSCM ] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 15-20 yrs of relevant experience in Procurement of materials, having wide experience in Vendor development, Floating RFQs, Compare bids/release POs, Maintain and submit periodic MIS reports, Draft contracts/POs, Maintain/update vendor databases, Understand and transform oil/gas clients requirements into POs, Resolve technical queries with vendors/site, award of Sub Contract, Follow-up L/C and other payments, Development/use of computerized systems in line with contractual requirements. Should have good knowledge of relevant international standards.

22. 24. Mechanical Engineer (Pipeline) [ HCPI-2011-01-EMPE ] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-10 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 6-15 relevant experience in front line position for cross-country pipeline project with good knowledge of site execution work like welding, bending, etc.

25. Mechanical Engineer (Structural) [ HCPI-2011-01-EMSL] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-10 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 6-15 yrs of relevant experience in site execution work like welding, erection, inspection and handover activities, including resource planning & monitoring.

26. Mechanical Engineer (Equipment ) [ HCPI-2011-01-EMET ] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-10 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 6-15 yrs of relevant experience in site execution work like installation of all type of static and rotary equipments (pumps, compressors. blowers, etc) and pre-commissioning activities, including resource planning & monitoring.

27. Civil Engineer (Structural/Trenching/Restoration/Road) [ HCPI-2011-01-ECPP ] : Degree in Civil Engineering with 4-10 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 6-15 yrs of relevant experience with good knowledge of site execution work like survey, ROW preparation, trenching, backfilling with berm preparation, laying sabkha soil with drainage, final restoration, etc. Preparation of execution procedures for approval, necessary MIS report. Capable or carrying major civil plant activities like site development, building works upto 2 storeys, infrastructure works like asphalt roads, paving, drainage system, various types of foundations for equipments, pipe racks, etc.

28. Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer [ HCPI-2011-01-EEI ] : Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering with 4-10 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 6-15 yrs of relevant experience in front line position. Should have good knowledge of site execution work like Erection, testing commissioning of Electrical equipments including Switch gears, Substation, Transformer, Motor control center, UPS, D.G.sets, Earthing, Cable Laying / Routing, Plant and Emergency Light, Etc. including resource planning & monitoring. Responsible for preparation of electrical Schedules / Bar charts / Progress curves, etc.

29. Quantity Surveyor [ HCPI-2011-01-QSMC ] : Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with 4-15 yrs of relevant experience. Responsible for interpreting contract conditions, preparation of method statements and work plans. Quantity take offs and preparation of BOQ, prepare the supporting drawing and calculation for the measurement sheet. Check contract financial data for facilitating Site Manager of various development & proceedings.

30. Billing Engineer (Client / Sub-contractor billing) [ HCPI-2011-01-BEMC ] : Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with 4-15 yrs of relevant experience in medium to large EPC / composite construction projects (process plant) and in similar positions within GCC is essential. Responsible for preparation of Interim payment statement, Final Bills, FIDIC contract conditions, preparation of budget, Administration and Scheduling in Projects. Should review progress of sub-contracts and apprise management on financial, legal or technical issues.

31. QA/QC Manager / Engineer (Mechanical / Equipment) [ HCPI-2011-01-QMEM ] : Mechanical Degree in Engineering with 4-15 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 6-20 yrs experience is essential. Thorough knowledge of preparation & implementation of Quality procedures, specification, Construction & commissioning QA Plans, test Plans, work procedures, method statement with risk assessment, knowledge of various International standards such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, ANSI, ASME, API, DIN, JIS, BS etc. Person shall be responsible for the establishment of a fully documented project quality system in line with the Contract requirements and ISO 9001:2008 covering construction and Pre- Commissioning/Commissioning. Should have knowledge on preparation of PQOP, MS, ITP, QAP, Site Inspection report and Carryout Field inspections with client Preparation of inspection report & obtain client acceptance. Candidates should be certified in AWS/CSWEP/ASNT Level II. Experience in Gulf region for 2-8 yrs and minimum 2 Projects handled in GCC in similar position.

Thorough knowledge of preparation & implementation of Quality procedures, specification, Construction & commissioning QA Plans, test Plans, work procedures, method statement with risk assessment, knowledge of various International standards such as ASME, API, DIN, JIS, BS etc. Person shall be responsible for the establishment of a fully documented project quality system in line with the Contract requirements and ISO 9001:2008 covering construction and Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning. Should have knowledge on preparation of TQM, PQOP, MS, ITP, QAP, Site Inspection report and Carryout Field inspections with client, preparation of inspection report & obtain client acceptance, conduct internal quality audits. Candidates should be certified in AWS/CSWEP/ASNT Level II. Experience in Gulf region for 2-8 yrs and minimum 2 Projects handled in GCC in similar position.

37. Welding Engineer [ HCPI-2011-01-EMWG ] : Degree in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Welding Engineering with 4-10 yrs or, Diploma with 6-15 yrs of relevant experience. Thorough knowledge of preparation & implementing Welding procedure specification and procedure QA Plans, test Plans, work procedures, knowledge of various International standards such as ASME, API, DIN, JIS, BS etc.

38. Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1 / AWS) [ HCPI-2011-01-WIMPP ] : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-8 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 6-12 yrs of relevant experience. Certification in CSWIP 3.1 / AWS is a must. Thorough knowledge of preparation & implementing welding procedure specification and procedure QA Plans, test Plans, work procedures, knowledge of various international standards such as ASME, API, DIN, JIS, BS, etc.

39. HSE Manager / Engineer / Supervisor [ HCPI-2011-01-HMES ] : Degree / Diploma in Engineering. Must have recognized Diploma in Industrial Safety with 2-20 yrs relevant experience. NEBOSH International Safety certificate course will be preferred. Should have experience in working with Major EPC/Construction companies and exposure to major Indian/International Project Consultants. Should be well versed with all International Health, Safety & Environmental Standards / Regulations. Candidates having membership of International regulating bodies preferred. Experience in Gulf region for 2-8 yrs.

40. P&M Manager / Engineer / Supervisor / Foreman [ HCPI-2011-01-PNMPP ] : Mechanical / Automobile /Electrical Degree in Engineering with 4-15 yrs or, Diploma Engineer with 6-20 yrs relevant experience in cross country pipeline / process plants is essential. Thorough knowledge on construction related P&M equipment management, setting up and maintaining repair facilities, allocation / distribution of P&M including monitoring of availability & utility, ensure safety, security and general upkeep, planning and control of spares procurement, consumption, stock and obsolescence, upkeep of statutory record, achieve quality objectives and targets. Should be thorough with safety procedures for operation & maintenance of P&M. Knowledge on earth moving equipments desired. Experience on installing power generator & related panel boards and cabling, power

distribution and area lighting, repairing of various electrical machines including welding machines and power tools, essential for Electrical Engineers. Experience in Gulf region for 2-8 yrs.

41. Site Accountant [ HCPI-2011-01-SAPP ] : M.Com / B Com with at least 4-8 yrs / 8-10 yrs relevant experience in project / construction sites. Should be well experienced to handle Accounts / MIS / Costing functions at site. Hands on experience in finalizing of accounts and exposure to project / construction accounting / taxation in GCC countries, with exposure to software like Oracle-finance, SAP, Tally, MS Office etc., will be an advantage. Candidates should be well versed with MS Office.

42. Material Controller / Store Keeper [ HCPI-2011-01-SKPP ] : Graduate with minimum 3-10 yrs of experience, with exposure in handling the stores activities related to project / construction sites with good experience in maintaining the inventories and material movement. Candidates should be well versed with MS Office and preference will be given to candidates with PG diploma in Material / Inventory Management. Candidate should have worked for client's / owner's material and well versed with all specifications.

43. Site Administration Officer [ HCPI-2011-01-AOPP ] : Graduate with minimum 3-10 yrs of experience, with exposure in handling the accounts activities related to project / construction sites. Candidates should be well versed with MS Office. Person shall be responsible for liaison and coordination with various local authorities and ministries, overall administration of site facilities, obtaining and renewal of visas, labour cards, security passes, licenses and registration, etc.

44. Surveyor [ HCPI-2011-01-SRPP ] : Diploma/ITI/Certificate with minimum of 3-10 yrs of experience in land survey for cross count pipeline project / process plants. Good knowledge in operations of Total Station essential.

45. Scaffolding In charge / Supervisor [ HCPI-2011-01-SISPP ] : Diploma/ITI/Certificate of recognized scaffolding course with minimum of 4-15 yrs of relevant experience (2-8 yrs in Gulf) in major construction project essential.

46. Draughtsman (Mech.) [ HCPI-2011-01-DMPP ] : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI Draughtsman with minimum 3-10 yrs of relevant experience and having proficiency in AutoCAD relevant experience in cross country pipeline project / process plants. Checking the Scope of Suppy, detail engineering drawings, study the specifications & API standards, preparing the drawings for project, tender purpose as per client requirement, modification jobs, general arrangement layouts drawings, etc. Should have knowledge of various codes and standards i.e. ISO, API, ASME, ASTM etc.

47. QA/QC - Document Controller [HCPI-2011-01-QDCPP ] : Graduate with minimum 3-10 yrs of relevant experience in major projects. Should be conversant with ISO procedures and assist Quality team in day to day activities. Should be responsible for maintaining the soft copy and hard copy of various documents received / issued and from/to Engineering, Subcontractor, Suppliers and Company with revision status, maintain document register for drawings, etc.
