I am working for a search firm called Ambe Consultancy Services. We are Government recognized search organization having a strong clientele base in Middle East and other locations.
Currently we are looking for Business Development Manager for one of our leading clients.
FUNCTION & ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Work out and implement business development plans in line with Company business strategy.
2. Prepare market analysis, which shall include analysis of market trend and competition.
3. Develop client specific presentations and sales information as and when required.
4. Deliver presentations and meet with clients as necessary and appropriate.
5. Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new potential clients proactively.
6. Facilitate clients visit and meeting with Company senior management.
7. Follow up existing prospects and seek out new prospects with clients strategically and systematically.
8. Prepare prospects reports and profiles.
9. Coordinate or lead Company's registration with the authorities of new market regions, new clients, pre-qualifications.
10. Facilitate and coordinate the proposal preparation, submission, clarification, contract negotiation.
11. Follow up contract execution up to close-out, maintain relationship with clients for future businesses.
12. Work closely with other departments with proactive and cooperative attitude.
QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor or above, major in engineering, business administration or equivalent.
2. At least five (5) years of experience in engineering and/or construction of oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical projects.
3. Strong in dealing with customers of diverse backgrounds, especially Arabs.
4. Good knowledge of overall project execution.
5. Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness, with analytical thinking ability on a strategic level and ability to frame project models in cooperation with clients.
6. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and persuasion.
7. Excellent team spirit.
8. Self-motivated, reliable, willing to deal with challenges.
9. Willing to follow senior management direction and work within company business norms.
10. Open to flexible working hours and travel.
11. Skilled in Microsoft Office, and other related application software.
12. Good command of English, and Arabic as preferred plus
