Description:


 


 

1.Oracle DBA:


 


 

-Should be OCA Certified with 6months to 3years

experience.

-Installation of Oracle 9i.x, 10g.x, 11i.x on UNIX,

Linux RH AS 2.1/8/9, Windows.

-Create and administer databases.

-Creation of User accounts and Assigning

Responsibilities for particular modules to

particular users.

-Manage Users, Schemas, Roles and Privileges, DB

Objects, Tablespaces etc.

-Managing Redo logs and Data files like adding,

renaming and resizing.

-Managing Control files like adding, recreating and

tracing to physical locations and tracing backup.

-Performing Cold Backups and Hot Backups.

-Backup using RMAN was successfully carried out for

various types of failures encountered.

-Online Backup procedure was evaluated for the

database running in ARCHIVE log mode and scheduled

to take backup during off peak periods.

-Good Knowledge of performing Logical backups

EXP/IMP and EXPDP/IMPDP.

-Implementation of hot and offline stand by

database (Data Guard).

-TCP/IP, Listener Configuration, TNS, Names Server.


 


 


 

2.Network Engineer:


 


 

-Should be CCNA Certified with atleast 1year

experience.

-Configuration of Cisco Routers and Switches.

-Knowledge and Command over the configuration of

OSPF and EIGRP Routing Protocols.

-Knowledge about the implementation of Access

Control List (ACL).

-Creating and managing the VLAN and VTP on the

switches.

-Performing Network Address Translations (NAT).

-Providing Frame Relays.

-Backup and Recovery of Router IOS.
