Urgently require Network Administrator and System Administrator @ Riyadh, KSA.

 

1 year contract

 

Network Administrator

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or relative field with 3 years Network administration experience.

Or

Diploma degree in Network Administration or relative field with more than 5 years Network administration experience.

• CCIP, CCNP Certification

Proficiency and Skills including:

• Knowledge in Network Services

• Knowledge in TCP/IP & Routing Protocols suite and common WAN/LAN technology.

• Experience in installing and configuring Cisco routers & switches.

• Experience in performing V-LAN, Inter-VLAN, HSRP, STP, RSTP, Ether-Channel on Cisco routers and switches.

• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery.

• Experience in managing implementing all network security solutions.

• Knowledge in IP Telephony

• Proven troubleshooting ability

• Experience in performing WAN router configurations & QoS & Load Balancing.

• Experience in Composing documentation, project plans, network diagrams and flowcharts

• Experience in monitoring network performance

 

System Administrator

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or relative field with 3 years Systems administration experience.

Or

Diploma degree in Information Technology or relative field with more than 5 years System administration experience.

• MCSA, MCTS, MCP & CCNA Certified (recommended)

Proficiency and Skills including:

• Knowledge in Network Services & devices

• Experience in managing, configuring and installing Windows 2003,2008 Server, Active Directory, Windows NT Server, MS SQL.

• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

• Applying security patches for bugs and viruses prevention

• Knowledge in Virtualization (VMware).

• Managing, configuring and installing Microsoft Exchange, ISA Server.

• Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with systems.

• Performing routine audits of systems and software.

• Ability to perform backups & restoring.

• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.

• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.

• Systems performance tuning.

• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.

• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.

• Answering technical queries
