1Technician - SoftwareArranges for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and settling of software needed for the end users at HOB premises and sites. Processes all software approved requests of end users including the Installation of all necessary software, service packages, and patches. Installs device drivers upon request such as VGA cards, network cards, and modem cards. Fixes and defines newly installed printers and additional drivers necessary for these printers. Fixes new computers for end users i.e. terminating and arranging network cables,connecting to power, connecting to network and attached peripherals such as printers,scanners, and fax machines. Tests all computers after installation to ensure that all functions are working properly. Performs troubleshooting for several software, network, and peripheral problems, and replaces damaged parts if replaceable. Updates all job assignments performed to end users.
Minimum Qualification : Bachelor of Science or Technical Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.
Minimum Experience : 2 years
Salary in Saudi Riyal (SR) : 1500 - 1800
· Religion: Muslim
· Language: English with good level.
