Senior Oracle Applications Developer
Job Description

Primary role of this position is to analyze-design-develop /customize technical objects to support  Oracle e-Business suite Implementation  to ensure that business requirements are met in a timely manner and accurately reflects the user/top management's requirements. The scope of these responsibilities includes Forms/Reports/Workflow/Framework customizations and new development, Data conversion and migration and general support to the business process owners and techno-functional staffs.

Typical responsibilities include: 
·         Develop custom reports, forms using developer 10g BI and XML Publisher
·         Workflow Customization / new development
·         OA Framework Customization, XML/HTML reports development
·         Data Conversion and Migration using standard/custom APIs
·         Form Personalizations/ Custom.pll /FND utilities for object migration
·         Interface,procedure,package and other database objects creation/customization

Qualifications: 
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with OCP.

Required Skills:

·         Sound Knowledge in PL/SQL coding, interface creation
·         Strong knowledge in back end ogjects of ERP modules like oracle financials( AP, AR, CM, AR and GL), Project Accounting, SCM modules ( PO, INV) and HRMS module Core HR and payroll is a must
·         Knowledge on Discoverer 9i and 10g tools.
·         Working knowledge on Unix Shell Script.·         Strong communication skills with ability to deal with the business users diplomatically.
·         A highly motivated, energetic individual, and a team player with excellent analytical and problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
·         Strong technical writing skills using AIM methodology for preparing the deliverables like MD070, MD050, MD120, CV120 and Etc.
·         Ability to work well in a team environment.

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years experience in Oracle e-Business Suite Applications implementation and supporting projects atleast two of them should be R12. Worked in a multi-Org, Multi set of book, NLS enabled environment.
