Telecom Unit Team Support
Haya Water is a government owned company formed to plan, execute and operate the wastewater collection, treatment and distribution system in the governorate of Muscat. We immediately require:

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Helps in setting up and maintains filing and records management system for the Department.
Screens, sorts and register a wide variety of incoming documents such as letters, memoranda, fax, reports etc.
Prepare minutes of meeting and drafts & types a variety of technical or non-technical correspondence in English and Arabic.
Coordinates the preparation and dispatch of technical and non-technical reports generated by the Department.
Make arrangements for the Conference room meetings and distribute documents to the relevant parties.
Makes appointments for Department Manager and other departments team members as and when required.
Provide necessary secretarial assistance and related duties as assigned.
Receive and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters and reminds the Manager and other team members accordingly.
Monitor the budgets and the expenditures of the department including preparation of the purchase request through the Maximo.
 QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Experience/Qualifications Needed
Diploma in any discipline with minimum of 2 years clerical experience of which must have included supervision, organization, coordination and performance of duties at a responsible level.
PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
Excellent English Language skills
Ability to work under pressure.
