•    Experience of  HT/LT works of industrial building
•    Coordination with users, designers & Contractors
•    Experience of executing projects in working plants
•    Engineer - Plant Engineering (Electrical Equipment)
Qualification - B.E / B. Tech (Electrical)
•    Maintenance of all electrical equipments like street lights
•    Maintenance of panels (MCC, LDB), shop lightings, office lightings
•    Power network/Distribution system, PA System
•    Electrical maintenance experience would be an added advantage
•    Engineer - Plant Engineering (Maintenance)
Qualification - B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical)
•    Maintenance of fire hydrant, Alarm, HVAC System
•    HVAC system to include SPLIT, CASSETE, Ductable & VRF units
•    Engineer - Plant Engineering (Civil)
Qualification -  BE - Civil
•    Execution of Industrial projects (buildings)
•    Coordination with consultants & contractors
•    Working experience in operational plant for projects
•    Knowledge & experience of construction safety
•    ME services coordination
•    Engineer - Plant Engineering (Construction Safety)
B.E / MBA  (Construction Safety)   
•    Establish/Implement construction safety standards
•    Ensure compliance to safety stds by contractors
•    Audit/Identify risks in construction activity
•    Method statements with risk elements for construction activities
•    Engineer - Plant Engineering (Water Treatment)
Qualification - B.E /B Tech  (Mech/Environment/Chemical)
•    Experience in design & establishment of waste water & water treatment plant
•    Experience in RO technology & MBR
•    Ensure compliance as per standards during design
•    Knowledge of PCB standards
•    Engineer - Plant Engineering (Maint. Industrial Buildings)
Qualification - B.E /B Tech  (Civil)
•    Maintenance experience of Industrial buildings of commercial buildings.
•    Experience of maintenance of roads/drains/fencing & joineries.
•    General maintenance knowledge.
•    Engineer - Plant Engineering (Utility operation & Maint.)
•    Qualification - B.E /B Tech  (Electrical / Mechanical)
•    Switchyard/Substation, distribution panels-operations & maintenance
(PM/AM/AMC & B/d).
•    Standardisation, modification & new equipment inspection/evaluation.
•    Mechanical equipment compressor/chiller/boiler/HVAC-operation &
maintenance. (PM/AM/AMC & B/d)/ Analysis.
•    Operation & maintenance or projects in facility/Utility field.
