Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance
Req Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in software and IT industry.
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedure for both functional and non-functional testing
• Quality assurance for both UI based web applications and SOA web services based implementations
• Excellent knowledge in ISO 9001:2008
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing the quality assurance processes and procedures
• Responsible for coordinating the automation of functional and non-functional test scripts
• Responsible for supervising the staff of the quality assurance team
• Responsible for supervising the creation and reviewing the quality plan and test cases
• Responsible for reporting the quality test results to project team.
