Job Title/ Poste: FINANCIAL ADVISOR / CONSOLER
FINANCIER
Location/ Lieu: Jeddah - Saudi Arabia
Desired Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Successful candidates will bring a high degree of
ethics, quality of work, professionalism and
effectiveness to his roles.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


Identify services requiring chargeout, Identify
sources of cost, Identify direct and indirect costs
Assign indirect costs to cost pools, Identify and
document cost discrepancies, Identify relevant cost
drivers and finalize cost Structures, Validate cost
structures
Determine best approach to pricing services,
Develop chargeout method per service, Define
invoicing and billing procedure, Finalize pricing
structures and update service catalog, Validate
pricing structures
Fill in cost pool templates to generate initial IT
budget, Communicate chargeout per service to
section heads
Calculate Charge-Backs per section for services
consumed, Prepare and issue sections' bills,
Prepare management reports (e.g., budgets vs.
actuals, etc.), Identify and resolve billing issues



REQUIREMENTS:


Must have a CA, CMA or CGA Designation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs
(Excel and Word).
Excellent English language written and verbal
communication skills. Arabic is an asset.
Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility
to manage multiple tasks
