Job Title/ Poste: IT Security Specialist - ITIL
Location/ Lieu: Jeddah - Saudi Arabia
Desired Experience: 4 to 7 Years
You will be required to support the company IT
Service Delivery Governance activities ensuring
that network and information security, reliability,
availability, demand, capacity, configuration
control and scalability objectives are met and to
ensure that all SLA’s are met, additionally the
candidate will ensure appropriate BCP/DRP (Disaster
Recovery Planning and Business Continuity Plan) is
in place for all applications and services under
the management of IT Service Delivery.
In consultation with the Senior Manager IT Service
Delivery and the IT Service Delivery management
team, assist in the definition and implementation
of new services and solutions, satisfy business
requirements for quality IT’s products and
services.
Deliverables:
• The candidate will promote and apply high
standards of service within the areas of
Information security, operations and related
technical support services to positively impact
business performance.
• The candidate will ensure consistent delivery of
agreed service levels through appropriate internal
resourcing to meet demand in accordance with agreed
SLA’s.
• The Candidate will be working in partnership with
the IT Service Delivery management teams and the
wider IT teams ensuring all releases and upgrades
are delivered with the highest levels of standards
followed with minimal service disruptions.
• The candidate will be expected to participate in
the creation of and the adoption of Service Level
Agreements
• The candidate will be responsible for day to day
management of all IT Service Delivery 1st and 2nd
line staff in Jeddah
• The candidate will lead and develop the IT
support teams technical and personnel competencies
and creates an environment which motivates and
develops skills and retains highly rated
individuals
• The candidate will have overall responsibility
for management and resolution of IT Support related
audit items.
• The candidate will act as the senior escalation
point.
EDUCATION: BSc in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering or related field, consider ITIL v3
Certification.
