Job Purpose:
The role of this position is to provide Deloitte & Touche practitioners with information on available courses that are relevant to their function and career level and ensure that class entry, approvals, cancellations, attendance, CPE Credit analysis, report requests and system issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Advanced reporting of learner information into multiple cuts to the leadership based on requirement.Responsibilites:

Responsibilities:
Partners with Learning Program Managers, GCG, CPE and DLP teams on registration, facilitation, delivery logistics, CPE submissions, evaluations, and materials & supplies for live, nationally- funded, managed,  and/or delivered classroom learning programs.

Provides learning support such as process development and improvement, materials production, roster tool development, course evaluations, R10 Learning Service Center management and vendor contract management.  Also responsible for Learning & TD analytics including talent dashboard and stakeholder analytics.

Supports setting up classes  & courses for learners to enroll for various online/virtual & live trainings via Deloitte Learning Platform and assist them with getting their eligible CPE (Continues professional Education) credits/SSLH (Shared services learning hours) with the attendance marking process and issue resolutions.

High-end tracking and analysis on different parameters of pre-requisites for national trainings and seminars and report the numbers to the leadership and seminar managers by extracting data from the reporting portal and SQL queries.

Support function specific and customized leadership reports with high-end presentation and data analysis.

CPE analysis for national seminars, taking care of CPE related issues and processing of attendance and Learner CPE for multiple subject areas.

Create and modify CPE Tool with the help of Access data base and customize based on requirement.

BCom
MBA HR/Fincance

Technical Skills:
