RETAIL STORE MANAGER
Our Client, a leading electronics house seeks a Store Manager for their store in Dubai.
You must have at least 5 years in retail store management, with 2-3 years in store management. You would be responsible for handling and overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store.
Your main areas of work will involve reaching sales targets and increasing profits, dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints, plus health and safety and security issues.
You will also be involved in staff management, including interviewing and recruiting, supervising departmental managers and organizing training. You should have had experience in a home department/ electronics store in UAE. Excellent communications skills in English are mandatory.
