Dear Sajid,                 Hi,     We have the following requirement:         Location : Noida     Role: NOC Engineer L2 Support     Exp: 5-7 Yrs     Job Description:     Skills: Routing, Switching, Load Balancing & IP Sec Tunnel.     •Provide 2nd level network support for troubleshooting and resolving network related incidents. •Act as first point of escalation and mentor for Network Analysts. •Manage problems through to resolution to include: coordinate and test with vendors and customers, internal communication and escalation, and     follow-up/documentation of the troubleshooting performed. •Maintain network systems tools, applications, and server hardware. Train 1st level support teams on basic system administration functions. •Participate in special project teams, representing network operations on new product designs and implementations. •Advanced network troubleshooting knowledge.
