2. Investigate and resolve application problems

4. Identify solutions to work around open issues /
problems that are under investigation or pending
resolution
5. Document, and track, case histories, issues, and
actionable steps taken
6. Improve documentation of support policies and
procedures
7. Job scheduling
8. Running EOD and BOD
9. Application Health Check
10. Issue escalation to concerned team
11. Basic Application troubleshooting
Skills:
- Oracle Developer, Forms and Reports
- SQL/PL SQL
- Tomcat/Websphere
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Arabic language (advantage)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Able to work under pressure
