JOb requirements CFO,Estimation engineer,Sales manager-Saudi Arabia

We have following job requirements for our clients in KSA and UAE:
 
Postions in KSA:
 
1.Chief Finance Officer (CFO for contracting): Position Code (CFO-Contracting-Jeddah-BA-KSA): Nationality: Jordanian/ Lebanese/ Syrian.
Must be Civil Charterred Accountant or ACA with over 15 years of experience in Contracting companies. Must have worked as CFO or head of Finance and accounts in contracting companies in GCC for over 3 years. Excellent English and Arabic communication skills are a must. He should have an excellent managerial experience of handling all kinds of Letter of Credits, arranging credit facilities with the banks, budgeting, forecasting, costing etc apart from normal accounting works.
 
2. Estimation Manager (Steel Structure): Position Code: (Estimation Manager-Steel Structure-BA-KSA)   Nationality: Arabs/Indian
Must be Civil /Mechanical Engineering Graduate with over 10 to 12 years of experience in Estimation in steel fabrication/Contracting companies for industrial buildings and technological structures. Excellent English/ Arabic communication skills are a must. Last 3 years experience must have as Estimation Manager.
 
3. Sales Manager(Steel Structure): Position Code: (Sales Manager-Steel Structure-BA-KSA)   Nationality: Arabs/Indian
Must be Graduate Civil/Mechanical Engineer with over 10 to 12 years of experience in Sales in steel pre-engineered/  fabrication/Contracting companies for industrial buildings and technological structures. Excellent English/ Arabic communication skills are a must. Last 3 years experience must have as Estimation Manager.
 
Postions in DUBAI:
 
4. Planning & Contracts Manager: Position Code: (P&C-Infra-BA-DXB):           Nationality: British/European.
Must be Civil Engineer or QS with over 15 years experience in Planning and contracts management for Infrastructure Projects (Roads, Bridges, Underground services), in contracting companies. Must have worked in the capacity of Planning and Contract Manager for Infrastructure construction companies in GCC, at least for 3 years.. Must have sound knowledge of Primavera for Planning and FIDIC for contracts management. Good Managerial skills are must along with techno-commercial knowledge.
