Field Sales Represetative FMCG-Saudi Arabia

We are looking to hire candidates enjoying a KSA experience, a total of 4/5 years, FMCG/Sales experience is a plus

THE COMPANY:

A world leading multinational in the Food & Beverage industry is looking to hire Field Sales Representatives in Saudi Arabia. THE POSITION:

The primary responsibility of the Field Sales Representative is to achieve the sales and visibility targets in his area and ensure full achievement of core distribution in the assigned area or territory.   

·        Be accountable for the achievement of the set territory sales volumes, RIG and OG target by category.
·        Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and visibility targets in the assigned area.
·        Ensure listing of new SKU's and the achievement of the POP objectives (focusing on POP drivers: Range, Visibility, Price and Promotion).
·        Promptly communicate trade and competitors information to management.
·        Ensure that the promotional program is implemented effectively and efficiently in store.
·        Be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date Fact Book that includes:
§  Sales Achievements vs. Targets for assigned territory.
§  Sales by Category/Brand/Territory.
§  Competitive and trade Information.
§  Updated Planogram by Category / Brand.
·        Ensure collection is made in line with Company set payment terms.
·        Develop proper relations and rapport with customers and account personnel.
·        Ensure shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated (FEFO), and the short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy.
·        Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms, timely submission of travelling and expenses claims.
·        Work in accordance with the predetermined call plan.
·        Promptly complete all administrative requirements.
·        Achieve Sales targets by category - Ensure on time collection.

Reports to: Field Sales Supervisor / Field Sales Manager / Channel Manager









THE CANDIDATE:

·        1-5 years working experience preferably in Sales / Marketing. Typical age bracket is 23 – 28. Do not apply if your experience is significantly higher.
·        Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
·        Previous experience in any of the following cities in the KSA is a major plus: Hail, Houfouf, Kharij, Madinah, Qassim, Taief and Yanbu.
·        High School Graduate or Diploma. BA is a plus.
·        Physical and outlet-wise understanding of assigned territory.
·        Product, customer needs and buying pattern knowledge.
·        Understand company strategies and objectives, promotion plan and merchandising guidelines.
·        Proactive - Hands-on approach - Disciplined and organized.
·        Clean and professional appearance - Presentable.
·        Excellent attitude - enthusiasm, self-motivator.
·        Reliable, trustworthy - dependable.
·        Capable to work under stress - Problem solving.
·        Selling, initiative and follow-up skills.
·        Excellent communication and reporting skills:
§  Able to self-express - Communicate easily.
§  Manage an excellent communication with customers and major accounts.
§  Communication with management.
§  Report problems (reactive).
·        Language skills for this position: Basic Arabic and English (able to communicate in day to day situations).
·        If candidate already present in KSA Iqama needs to be transferable:
§  Accepted Occupations on Iqama: Student, General Labour, Clearing & Loading Labour, and Marketing Specialist.
§  Non-Accepted Occupations:  Pharmacist, Salesman, Any type of building labour, electrical labour, plumbing labour.
§  Candidate needs to have passed a 2 year period on their current sponsor, except for ones with "Student" as an occupation on their Iqama.
·        Two business references are required. At least one is less than 5 years old. Can only be direct colleague, line manager, client or partner with whom an interaction of at least 6 months has been achieved.
