Job Description

Ideal candidate shall be in charge of our Steel Pipe & fabrication Division Used in Infrastructure, & Industrial Project division. Details are mentioned as under.. He has to carry out day to day routine functions with sole objective of profitable operations & achieve desired market share for it's principles- products & Services.

MEP Products will include all products in MEP but not limited to following Product Profiles. It shall include major Mechanical Engineering Sector products. Ideal candidate must be expert in selling following product & service lines to Industrial Clients.

  1. Heavy industrial Fabrication products, pressure vessels, Tanks, Shell & Tube Heat exchangers, LSAW Steel Pipes, OTCG, Seamless ERW Steel Pipes, Pre-insulated, GRP, HDPE, uPVC Pipes - Fittings.
  2. Environment Solutions- Water Treatment Plants, Desalination Plants, R.O. Plants, Oil Skimmers, Mobile Treatment plants, Manhole covers, water intake pipe work.

Team Building & Team work, Strong Mind Set, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities are key to success. Must be with analytical mind and should be in position to feed competitors intelligence report to principles –management & make out innovative and creative strategies to win over competition.

He should be excellent in developing new suppliers/vendors. He must be in position to negotiate agencies/principles from well reputed companies from around the globe to strengthen his division.

Candidate should be exposed to PREQUALIFICATION process and get principles pre-qualified with consultants, clients, Industries, Oil & Gas companies.

He shall be required to be in day to day contact with our Industrial clients, EPC contractors. He shall be responsible for developing new and maintaining Old clients by regular field working.

HE will be making regular presentations & give full product information's to clients and will be generating enquiring. He should be in position to prepare RFQs, source quotes from principles- suppliers. Submit offers to clients and make regular follow ups in order to close the deals successfully.

Organizing Technical seminars, sales promotions, technical presentations, product information's and guidance to client will be key function.

He should have exposure to project sales; Government Tenders and should be well versed with GOVERNMENT procedures. He should be exposed to various Industry sectors like Oil, gas, & Industrial infrastructure projects,.

Candidates with exposure to unit installations, supervision, sales after service will have added advantage.

He must be good in regular report writings to senior managements of field working

Self starter with zeal to success. He should be capable of handling his team of engineers. Train, motivate and guide them to achieve goals and be a profit center.

Must be co-operative with fellow staff and should be working in team.


 

Candidate;s profile

Candidate must be exposed to sales and marketing of Steel Pipe & fabrication Division. He must also have exposure to water desalination, RO plants.

Candidate should have 12 to 15 years+ direct marketing-sales experience AT MANAGERIAL LEVEL of selling Steel Pipe & fabrication products Used in Various Industries.

He must be aware of all technical details of products & International Certifications & hand on knowledge of complete manufacturing process.

Result oriented-go getter and must have been selling/achieving sales of INR 15-25 CRORES PER ANNUM since last 3 years in his country of working.

Clean track record with no service breaks and no frequent changes in job. Candidate must be willing to work- sign contract for a minimum period of 3 years. Age Group 35 to 42 Years

BE Mechanical Engineering with additional qualifications of marketing management preferred. Candidate should be ready to relocate to Qatar.
