Job Description


Ideal candidate shall be in charge of our HVAC division. He has to carry out day to day routine functions with sole objective of profitable operations & achieve desired market share for our principle's products & Services.

Must be with analytical mind and should be in position to feed competitors intelligence report to principle's management & make out innovative and creative strategies to win over competition.


 

He should be excellent in developing new suppliers/vendors in HVAC Sector. He must be in position to negotiate agencies or principles from well reputed companies from around the globe to strengthen his division.


 

HVAC products range shall include but not limited to Heat Exchangers, Air handling/fan coil units, chillers, cooling towers, precision air conditioners for data centers, UPS, Chilled water pumps, grilles, diffusers, dampers, ventilation fans, Chilled water pipes Duct Accessories and allied HVAC products.


 

Must be in position to design and select Air handling Units, Fan coil Units, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, chilled water pumps from available software's as per client's requirements. He must know Heat Load calculations & other important parameters for suggesting right product suiting to client's requirements.

Candidate should be exposed to PREQUALIFICATION process and get principles pre-qualified with consultants, clients, EPC, Industries.


 

HE SHALL BE REQUIRED TO BE IN DAY TO DAY CONTACT WITH CLIENTS AND DEVELOPING NEW CLIENTS, CONSULTANTS BY REGULAR FIELD WORKING.


 

HE will be making regular presentations & give full product information's to clients and will be generating enquiring. He should be in position to prepare RFQs from Auto Cad drawings, source quotes from principles or suppliers. Submit offers to clients and make regular follow ups in order to close the deals successfully.


 

Organizing Technical seminars, sales promotions, technical presentations, product information's and guidance to client will be key function.


 

He should have exposure to project sales and should be well versed with procedures. Must be exposed to various Industry sectors like Oil & gas, infrastructure projects, Civil Buildings, Hotels, Towers where HVAC units need to be installed.


 

Candidates with exposure to unit installations, supervision, sales after service will have added advantage.
Candidate must be good in regular report writings to senior managements of field working. Self starter with zeal to success with profitable operations is important part of job.


 

He should be capable of handling his team of engineers. Train, motivate and guide them to achieve goals and be a profit center. Must be co-operative with fellow staff and should be working in team.

Retail Operations- stock and sales operations of products shall also be key job function.
 


 

Candidate Profile


 

 Candidate must be exposed to sales and marketing of Refrigeration and air conditioning products. Candidate should have 12 to 15 years+ direct marketing-sales experience AT MANAGERIAL LEVEL of selling HVAC products from leading manufacturer's like Alfa Laval, Tranter, Carrier, Hitachi, Trane, Johnson, Euroklima, Rheem, National, General, Samsung, LG, Interklima, Voltas, Blue Star and Other National or International Brands of repute.


Result oriented-go getter and must have been selling/achieving sales of INR 8-15 CRORES PER ANNUM since last 3 years in his country of working.

Clean track record with no service breaks and no frequent changes in job. Candidate must be willing to work/sign contract for a minimum period of 3 years. Age Group 35 to 42 Years.


 

Candidates should be exposed to HVAC Industry during all his career. B.E. Mech. with additional qualifications of marketing management preferred. Knowledge of Auto Cad is must. Additional diploma course in HVAC field will be of added advantage.


 

Candidate should be ready to relocate to Qatar.
